David is the owner / operator of his own firm, established in January 2009.  David was formerly an associate attorney with the law firm of Ainsworth, Sullivan, Tracy, Knauf, Warner & Ruslander, P.C., where he worked since graduating from Albany Law School in May 2001. David is a general practitioner focusing in the area of Elder Law and Estate Planning & Administration.

David possesses strong communication skills and approaches the practice of law with the necessary level of understanding and respect that the client deserves. David prioritizes creating strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.

David has the experience and knowledge to address a variety of legal concerns. David’s practice focuses on properly recognizing the client’s needs and implementing an appropriate strategy in an effective and efficient manner.

David is admitted to practice in all the courts of the State of New York, however, extensively practices in the Surrogate’s Courts, as well as, the Town, Village, and City Courts of Upstate New York.

EDUCATION

David graduated cum laude from Albany Law School in 2001, where he served on the Journal of Science and Technology. David earned his undergraduate degree at Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y. graduating magna cum laude in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. David graduated locally from Shaker High School in 1993.
